I've applied them three different times and every time they fall off. Either they slide around while walking or just fall off completely. I applied them as directed and even let a pair sit with weights on them over night. It seems no matter what I do they just wont stick. Don't bother. I suggest heel protectors that are applied with a tack.

I ordered 2 pairs of Heavy Duty Spencoe's when I ordered this pair of Flow Warm Insoles and I definitely prefer the Heavy Duty ones as they have so much more cushioning.I ordered these to go in my winter boots but again I prefer the Heavy Duty model and I think they are every bit as warm,
