The shoe is a very nice shoe. But later in the evening the shoe felt as if it was expanding on my feet because of the fabric. The heel on the right shoe began to make squeaking noise when I walked. The shoe served its purpose for the occasion but I don't know about hereafter.

Buying size up and new colors for my 4 and 6 year olds. The first pairs have been very useful from Disney to the playground to the pool. Adjustability made them comfortable for both my slender and chubby footed daughters. There is a little fraying on the straps but the soles have held up well. Supportive and comfortable while still being reasonably cute. Good with jeans, shorts, casual skirts, and sundresses.

Teva Omnium 2 Great sandal/shoe

This is the 2nd pair of Infant Teva Omnium 2 shoes we have purchased. We got a girl's color last year. It is a fantastic shoe. It allows good breathability because it's like a sandal but it has the added protection of coverage over the toes. Our 3 year old really liked the shoe last year because it allowed her to learn to put on and take off the shoe by herself very easily. It allowed her easy on and off. The velcro closure gives a very nice secure fit and the shock pad cushioning in the heal is very nice. The Omnium isn't bulky either so kids can run and play in it with ease and a secure fit. We're looking forward to our two year old son enjoying the Omnium 2 this spring and summer like his sister did last year. One thing to note is that in the larger sizes (I think above size 10), the Omnium doesn't have as easy as an entrance or velcro as does the smaller sizes.
