Running is both a competition and a type of training for sports that have running or endurance components. Running races are contests to determine which of the competitors is able to run a certain distance in the shortest time. Today, competitive running events make up the core of the sport of athletics. Events are usually grouped into several classes, each requiring substantially different athletic strengths and involving different tactics, training methods, and types of competitors.

Literally, the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! The second I put them on I was in love. I felt like they were already broken in. Sneakers with thicker soles and stiffer material often make my feet cramp and ache. These are a dream come true. Seriously.

I was born with widw, flat feet that overpronate, recessed kneecaps that lock backwards, and a spine with vertebrae that are prone to 'slipping'. As I do a lot of walking on job and at home, I need a light show with great support and more than adequate cushioning that is wide enough. This is that shoe.

I work in a factory. Where I am standing and walking 10-12 hrs a day my feet swell and hurt. After, getting these my feet and legs do not hurt half as much. Although, my feet still swell, there is plenty room. LOVE!
