I hate heels and strappy sandals... too many foot surgeries to feel at home in them. But we have a formal wedding this summer, and I have searched all over for a pair that look nice and won't kill my feet or break my budget. These are that pair. Beautiful shoe, haven't wore them yet for a wedding in November , but the feel comfortable, they feel a little slippery with stocking on. My foot slides to the toe of the shoe.

Purchased this for my milestone birthday celebration in Mexico. The shoe was very nice for the occasion. The ankle elastic is not very tight, so the support is not great. It was fine for walking around the resort inside of the hotel, however I can't see wearing it outside or having to walk any distance in it. But it's a really cute shoe. I normally wear a size 8 shoe, 8.5 in sandals but could have worn a 9 in these and I have never purchased a 9 in any shoe. My foot did not hang off or over the shoes, but I like to see a little toe space in my sandals.
