I wore these for a year and I'm buying another pair. They are not too hot and breath. They provide good ankle support. And they are comfortable. I wear them everyday at work and they are great. For me work can be in an office or running up a fire escape. The toe wore a little and the color came off but they are still a good shoe. I put my own insert in for better support. The cover wore off the shoelace after a year and that was annoying but after about a year it is time to replace them. Good shoe.
