Delivery Restrictions

Shoebuy.co.uk does not currently deliver to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines

  • Shoebuy.co.uk does not currently deliver to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.
  • Shoebuy.co.uk does not currently deliver to international addresses, outside of the United Kingdom.

We continue to expand the geographical locations and address types for which we offer delivery service, so please check back often if we are not currently servicing your destination.

Delivery Times

Allow 1-5 business days for receipt within the United Kingdom when you order with UPS Standard Ground Service.

As a general rule, processing time plus delivery time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 to 48 hours. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for delivery. After processing is complete and delivery begins, total delivery time is the UPS transit time from our warehouse(s) to your delivery address.

Order Tracking

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails.

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Shoebuy.co.uk Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

  2. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the subject Shoebuy.co.uk Order Shipment Confirmation that contains your UPS tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its delivery in any of the following four ways

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.

  2. Visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Cut and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email into the UPS Tracking form.

  3. If you are a registered Shoebuy.co.uk member and logged in to make your purchase, then click here to access your account. When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the delivery.

  4. Whether or not you are a registered Shoebuy.co.uk member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.

  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
