• Provide you a pre-paid return label for your order to send your item(s) back to us.
• Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned delivery to the credit card used to make your purchase.

If you find a product for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 100% of the difference between the lower price and Shoebuy UK's price. We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price at Shoebuy.co.uk!

Rules:

To receive your refund:

1. Order the item that you want from Shoebuy UK.
2. Send an email to prices@shoebuy.co.uk with: (1) your Order Number, (2) the URL of the site where you found the item, and (3) instructions how to find the item.
3. After receiving your email, Shoebuy UK will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.
